To our valued vendors and visitors to the SICBA Home & Garden Show:
We have closely monitored the news with regard to COVID-19 and public events, and met with local public health and safety authorities, our SICBA Board of Directors and our SICBA Home & Garden Show Committee. We are greatly concerned with ensuring the safety of all members of our community and want to act responsibly in the public interest.
At a meeting of the Skagit County Board of Health, Skagit County Public Health Officer, Dr. Howard Leibrand informed us that we would need additional staffing outside of each building to limit the entry of people in a building at a time if we were going to continue to hold our 2020 Home & Garden Show until further notice.
Unfortunately, we can’t abide by these restrictions being asked of us and continue to put on a successful event. We want our home show to be successful for vendors and attendees, and due to the limitations that the Skagit County Health Officers are putting on us, it would be impossible for us to have a successful home show. As of today, SICBA has decided to cancel the home show this year on March 27th, 28th, 29th at the Skagit County Fairgrounds without a reschedule in 2020.
We have a date set for 2021, we’re looking forward to seeing you on March 26th, 27th, 28th.
We encourage you to still pick up one of our Home & Garden Show books that are distributed in racks throughout Skagit, Island & San Juan Island Counties. There is a lot of valuable articles in the book as well as many businesses who would love to help you with any projects you might have.

WINE, BEER, CIDER & SPIRITS TASTINGS:
Saturday: 3-7pm
$10 for 10 tastes. There will be a variety of Wineries, Breweries, Cideries and Distilleries on site allowing you to taste their products. You can purchase your tasting bracelet below OR you can purchase once you arrive at the Fairgrounds (Cash only on site). Wineries, Breweries, Cideries and Distilleries may have their product for sale at their tasting booth. The sale of this product benefits Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association as a 501c6 organization. Participants must be 21 years of age to taste. You must have a Home & Garden Show entry ticket to participate in the tasting event. Once you select an adult ticket below, the option to add on a tasting ticket will appear.
LEGO® BUILD CONTESTS
Sunday ages 9-12 start at 12:30pm l ages 5-8 start at 2pm
Sign up below to enter. Registration is free, but you must register in advance. There are two groups, 5-8yrs and 9-12yrs. Each group will have 30 minutes to build a "building." Everyone gets the exact same lego building set to construct their building. To be classified as a building, it must have a space for a door. Winners will be announced March 29th in the Pavilion at 3:30pm.
